Summer 2018, without a brand yet, without a logo and without premises, based only on the love for fresh quality food, our journey in production began and our first workshop was created in New Heraklion.

We’ve decided to make a series of traditional and new flavors in sauces and chutneys, a series with a lot of flavor and a lot of taste. Utilizing the unique fresh vegetables and herbs of Greece, and marrying them sometimes with exotic fruits and sometimes with fruits and spices from all over the world, we proudly created our own SAZA.
Our philosophy
The traditional recipe of mom, the memory of the fresh tomato boiling in the summer at home and the fragrant spices were the key points that helped in the birth of the idea for the creation of SAZA. Our philosophy is based on fresh, quality materials, on handmade production and control, but mainly on the love and care that goes into each jar separately. Our goal is to offer a unique tasty journey in the flavors, in childhood, in enjoyment, through a series of sauces and chutneys.
